½ cup of frozen banana, chopped
¼ of an avocado, sliced
2 cups of spinach, packed
½ cup of ice
1 tsp of chia seeds (can sub hemp or flax)
1 tsp of honey or agave nectar
You can add in fruits such as strawberries, apples, oranges, etc
